Get to Know Optimize Training and Sports Performance
For many years, I've coached on multiple levels and found that there are many programs that only focus on the final results. I believe that while this is very important, the key to maximizing your potential is by optimizing your performance through an emphasis on mechanics or proper preparation. This includes optimizing the mental, physical, emotional, and even spiritual readiness! Finding the balance, creating a game plan, and then analyzing the execution is what is needed to get closer to exceeding our goals! We have to understand performance internally before we can truly express optimized performance externally!
